Arkan Cloud Connect provides a fully managed cloud SBC service that handles the signaling and media interworking between a carrier-grade PSTN connection and the UCaaS or CCaaS platform your organization uses.

The service removes the need for organizations to procure, operate, or maintain dedicated SBC hardware. Arkan manages the infrastructure, monitoring, configuration, and compliance across its global footprint—under a structured SLA framework with defined response and escalation commitments.

Built on the Ribbon SBC SWE Edge, Cloud Connect is deployed as a dedicated cloud instance per customer, with geo-redundant architecture to support enterprise availability requirements.

Zero on-premises hardware

The Session Border Controller function is hosted and managed by Arkan. Organizations connect via SIP trunk with no local SBC deployment required.

Cloud by Arkan — Managed PSTN

Arkan provides end-to-end PSTN connectivity through its own managed network, covering 80+ countries with local number provisioning, number porting, and emergency service support—billed as a single annual subscription per channel bundle.
