Arkan does not store call recordings, conversation content, or customer data. Recordings are delivered directly to the client system via secure transfer and never retained on Arkan infrastructure.
Arkan retains only Call Detail Records (CDR) as required by regional telecom regulations. CDRs contain metadata—duration, timestamp, and numbers—not call content or recordings.
Call recordings are streamed or delivered directly to the designated endpoint — S3, FTP, or HTTPS. Once transferred, they are immediately purged from Arkan systems.
