Arkan Solutions - Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the guidelines for the acceptable use of all services, infrastructure, and technologies provided by Arkan Solutions (“Arkan”). It is designed to protect Arkan, its customers, and partners from misuse or harmful activities and to ensure a secure, respectful, and compliant digital environment.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All customers and users of Arkan’s platforms and services.
Third-party vendors and contractors accessing Arkan resources.
Any individual or system interacting with Arkan’s infrastructure, whether directly or through APIs.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Users must use Arkan’s services only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes. The following practices are required:

Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
Security: Use strong authentication, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and promptly report any suspected security incidents.
Respect for Others: Do not engage in harassment, abuse, or activities that violate privacy or human dignity.
System Integrity: Use the services in a way that does not interfere with or degrade the performance or availability of Arkan’s systems or services.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT engage in any of the following activities:

4.1 Illegal or Harmful Use

Accessing, storing, or distributing unlawful content or materials.
Facilitating or participating in illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or unauthorized surveillance.

4.2 Security Violations

Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
Circumventing or attempting to bypass security mechanisms (e.g., firewalls, access controls).
Launching or participating in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.

4.3 Misuse of Resources

Overloading infrastructure with excessive automated requests or traffic that disrupts service performance.
Using Arkan’s infrastructure for crypto mining or unauthorized data harvesting (e.g., scraping, botting).

4.4 Spam and Malicious Content

Sending unsolicited emails, advertisements, or messages (spam).
Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious links.

4.5 Infringement

Uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without proper rights.
Violating the intellectual property rights of Arkan or third parties.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate action, including but not limited to:

Temporary or permanent suspension of services.
Reporting of incidents to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
Legal action or claims for damages caused by violations.

6. Policy Updates

Arkan Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
